Custom AI agents in the Netherlands
English-language engagements for Dutch and European companies that need agents on the phone, in chat, in operations, or anywhere else the job actually lives.
Based in the Netherlands, working across Europe. Custom agents for any defined job (voice, chat, assist, ops, build, data, multi-agent), shipped with the tools they are allowed to touch written down, logs you can read afterwards, and a named person they hand the job to when it is out of its depth. The Switchboard is a sample board, and a custom line is the ordinary case. Agreed in writing, one person answerable.

Before anything is built
How an engagement is contracted
The commercial shape is written down before the work starts. It is the same shape wherever you are.
In writing, or not at all
Nothing on this site is a public offer to contract at published prices. Work starts only after we have both confirmed in writing what gets built, by when, on what assumptions, and on what commercial terms.
Extra work has a door
Anything outside what we agreed needs a change request or a new engagement, and a chat on a call does not quietly replace what the two of us put in writing.
What you end up owning
Custom deliverables built specifically for you transfer or are licensed to you as set out in the project agreement, on full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how stay mine.
The Dutch part
What the country in the headline attaches to
Plenty of pages put a country in the title and leave it there. Here is what this one actually attaches to, all of it already published and all of it checkable before you send an enquiry.
Governing law
The Terms and any dispute arising from the work are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and Dutch courts have jurisdiction. Liability sits inside the limits that mandatory Dutch law allows, and nothing on this website creates a guarantee of particular business results, including anything you read on this page.
AVG and cookies
Privacy runs under the GDPR, which in Dutch is the AVG, with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens as the authority you can complain to. Cookie behaviour is assessed against Article 11.7a of the Telecommunicatiewet alongside the AVG. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no consent banner to click past.
Where data actually goes
Stated plainly instead of airbrushed: some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, under safeguards such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. The processor categories are listed in full in the Privacy Policy, and this page does not summarise them away.
None of that makes me your lawyer, and it does not make me your data protection officer either. That is a formal role under the AVG, and this practice does not have one. For AVG or AI Act opinions we bring in a lawyer. What I ship is systems that keep a record, hand off to a person when they should, and stop at the points where a human still decides.
Refusals
What I will not do
A shorter list than the capability list, and a more useful one. Each of the six engagement patterns carries one of these, and none of them moves for a bigger budget.
01 AI Agents
I will not bolt a chatbot onto a broken process and call the result an agent. If it cannot use your tools, leave a trail, and finish a job you can name, then what you have is a demo and it should be priced like one.
02 Systems Sprint
I will not drop a model into a broken process and call that transformation. I ship systems with trails, and anything that turns on the law goes to counsel, because I am neither your lawyer nor your Data Protection Officer.
03 Data
I will not build a vanity dashboard on dirty inputs. If the feed underneath it is lying then the chart is theatre, and a prettier chart only makes the lie harder to spot. Legal opinions belong with counsel.
04 Distribution Sprint
I will not redesign your colours and call the result a brand. A palette is part of the work when the work needs one, but if nobody new can find you at the end of it then what you bought was a costume.
05 Voice
I will not fake a human voice to trick callers, and I will not run high-stakes decisions without a human gate in front of them. If the line cannot leave a trail, it does not ship.
06 Full Stack
I will not coordinate a roster of other suppliers for you. Chairing an agency carousel is its own trade, and if that is what you need then you want somebody else.
Before you write
Questions Dutch buyers actually ask
Which country's law applies to the work?
Dutch law. The Terms and any dispute arising from the work are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with jurisdiction in Dutch courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer.
Do we need to work in Dutch?
No. Engagements run in English throughout: the documentation, the calls, and the systems themselves. If your team needs Dutch-language delivery, say so on the fit call and we will work out whether that is possible before anything is agreed.
Will our data stay inside the European Economic Area?
Not necessarily, and the Privacy Policy says so plainly. Some providers may process data outside the EEA, which is the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, for example in the United States, under safeguards such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. If keeping everything inside the EEA is a hard requirement for you, raise it on the fit call: it limits which tools can be used, so it belongs in the agreement and never in a footnote.
Do you work on site in the Netherlands?
The practice is remote-first, and a retained squad on your site every week is explicitly outside what this is. If your engagement genuinely depends on regular on-site presence, raise it early so that neither of us discovers it late.
Is there a rate card?
No published one, and the reason is deliberate: this site is not a public offer to contract at published prices. What gets built is agreed in writing first, so the number follows that instead of coming before it. A price set before anyone has looked at your backlog is a guess in better clothes. You get the deliverables, the timeline, the assumptions and the commercial terms in a proposal before anything is built.
