Finish the half.

The half companies leave broken — I finish it.

The half companies leave broken — I finish it.

I build what’s missing: the systems behind the business and the presence in front of it.

Both sides of the seam

Why one person does both

I opened this practice because the same thing kept happening to companies I worked with: one supplier built the systems, another built the website, and the seam between them was where the project quietly died. Below is the practice as it stands, and then the years underneath it, most recent first.

'23–now

IT entrepreneurship

The independent practice. Systems that run the business on the inside, and the presence that sells it on the outside, both under one name and one invoice.

Behind the scenes: deciding where AI actually helps, automating the repeated work, and getting your numbers to agree across systems. On the storefront: brand, web, SEO, copy, and social. The deal is the same either way: we agree in writing what gets built before anything starts, and one person answers for it afterwards.

Graduated Informatics

Three years at the Faculty of Informatics, Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, taken alongside a full-time job to close the distance between managing engineers and being able to read what they build.

A second academic track at Universitatea Titu Maiorescu: theory and labs on top of a working week. The certificate was never the point. The point was to stop being the kind of manager who signs off on an architecture he cannot follow, because that manager is expensive twice over, once when the decision is made and again when someone has to live with it.

Business & People

Ten years leading business and people inside international companies, which in practice meant owning delivery on the days when the process and the org chart disagreed with each other.

A full-time Business and People role, running alongside this practice, not as a stage before it. It is where the operations half of the offer comes from. I have been the person who has to make a botched hand-off work on a Monday morning, and that teaches you something reading about it does not.

Studied IMAPA

Four years at USAMV Bucharest in Engineering and Management for Public Catering and Agrotourism. It sounds a long way from software until you notice that a kitchen at full service is a line of orders with a hard deadline on every one.

IMAPA (Inginerie și Management în Alimentație Publică și Agroturism), at the Faculty of Management and Rural Development. The syllabus ran from management and marketing through culinary technology and rural tourism, which reads stranger on paper than it felt at the time: every one of those subjects is about keeping a system running while people are watching it. Program details live on the faculty site.

The gap

The demo worked. Nothing shipped.

You already have the APIs and the backlog. What is missing is something that will pick up a job, carry it to the end, and tell you clearly where it got stuck when it could not.

What you get

Lines you own

An agent wired into the stack you already run, whether that is HubSpot, Pipedrive, a number on Twilio, or an internal tool with a login screen and no API. It works through those tools instead of describing them, and it hands the job to a named person the moment it is out of its depth. Four to eight weeks, starting from that written agreement.

What you get

Capabilities overview

Both halves in one pair of hands. And the part suppliers skip: a readable record, a named hand-off.

Services

Pick a way in.

Same craft, different size. Take the half you need, or both.

Fit filter

Is this for you?

An honest filter saves both of us a week. Read it before you book the call.

Good fit

  • You already know which half is broken: operations that do not run, or an offer the market cannot find.
  • You want one person answerable for what gets built, when it lands, and whether it is any good, instead of work passed between suppliers.
  • You are ready to decide on a written proposal after a short call.

Not a fit

  • You need a large retained squad on site every week.
  • You want strategy decks and workshops with nobody shipping the work at the end of them.
  • You are shopping for the lowest hourly rate, and what you get here is a finished outcome at a fixed price.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What do you actually ship?
Systems that actually run: AI workflows, automation, and getting your numbers to agree across systems, all of it working against the tools you really use. Alongside them, the brand, site, search, and content that make the work findable. Both halves run as one engagement on one invoice.
How do engagements start?
A thirty-minute fit call, then a written proposal with the work and the price fixed, setting out deliverables, timeline, assumptions, and commercial terms. Nothing gets built before you have that in hand. Ongoing care is optional once the work is live.
How is investment decided?
On the fit call we size the broken half and agree what is included, and the number follows from that. You get a clear written quote. There is no public rate card, which is deliberate: a price on a page before anyone has looked at your backlog is a guess dressed as a number.
Advise or implement?
I implement. Strategy that stops at a slide deck is the expensive kind, and you would be working with the person accountable for quality and timeline, so a question about the build gets answered in the same conversation.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes, happily. Client names stay private until they have agreed to appear on this page, which is why the work section describes patterns and carries no logos.
Do you handle legal compliance or act as DPO?
No. I ship systems that keep a record, hand the job to a person when they should, and stop at the points where a human still decides, and I will tell you where a decision needs a lawyer. For AVG or AI Act opinions we bring in counsel; there is no Data Protection Officer for this practice.
Not sure which plan fits?
No stress. Reach out at hello@alexvnita.com and tell me what you have in mind — I’ll help you pick.
